This utility gets the hostname of the local machine, and considers it
to be hosting a pool. It gets a copy of the pool usage webpage from 
the HTTP:2288 web interface, then tries to verify the presence of 
the local hostname in the page.

It can be modified and used as a Nagios plugin.

Sites are recommended to install this utility on every pool, and to 
run it frequently.
