This is a general purpose utility. It can be used on any grid machine
to periodically run a check on Host Certificate and on CRLs which are
resident in /etc/grid-security/certificates.

The utility looks for certificates in standard locations. It extracts 
and prints out (1) Hostname and (2) Expiration datestamp from the Host 
Certificate.

To get an approximation of health of CRL upgrades, the utility finds and
prints out values of the (3) Oldest, (4) Newest, and (5) Smallest CRLs.

Sites are recommended to install this utility on every pool, and to 
run it frequently.
