The dCache PFM (Physical File Manager) parses the configuration 
file 'pfm_config' and issues P2P requests as necessary. 

PFM is similar in functionality to dCache's built-in Replica Manager.

Optional Arguments:

	-q        For quiet mode, with no command-line output.
